As a Technical Support Representative on the Coca-Cola Freestyle team you will balance a multitude of tickets, escalations, and projects in a fast paced customer support center environment. You will monitor and help maintain the deployment base of Coca-Cola Freestyle dispensers world wide. Team members handle escalations from both the field and Coca-Cola’s development and operations center, handle scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, and other assigned daily and long term tasks.
Monitor and assist in the maintenance of Coca-Cola Freestyle deployments within Wandering WiFi
Provide technical support to Coca-Cola representatives via phone, email, and ticket updates
Communicate professionally with customers while troubleshooting reported issues
Assist with technical escalations and troubleshooting
Report on specified items daily, weekly, and monthly
Escalate support issues per the escalation guidelines
Assist with the creation of training material and equipment documentation
Handle projects and initiatives assigned from the team Technical Manager
Maintain and increase product knowledge on applicable products/applications via training, documentation, and personal research
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Acute attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
Team player with the ability to work well independently
Flexible availability (e.g., must be able to be a part of a rotating on-call schedule)
Knowledge of Microsoft applications with a focus on Excel
