Casa Systems, Inc., a leading provider of fixed, mobile, optical and Wi-Fi network solutions for ultra-broadband services, seeks to hire a Technical Marketing Engineer, Wireless Products to join its Product Management team.

The Technical Marketing Engineer will impact the organization by technically promoting the company’s wireless products and assisting customers with maximizing mobile and Wi-i network experience to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will support both LTE and Wi-Fi solutions.

Deliver technical demonstrations, solutions and support to satisfy customer needs.

Perform pre- and post-sales activity, and presents Casa Systems’ innovative technologies to its current and prospective customers in person and by phone.

Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems.

Perform analysis of highly complex network designs.

Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.

Lead demo project design, setup, presentation and customer workshop.

Assist customer with deployment and strategy of highly complex tools and related Network Management Systems.

Meet customer-critical deadlines for product content delivery.

Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or Telecommunication or University degree equivalent plus 6-8 years relevant experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment. Advanced degree strongly preferred.

Expert level knowledge in following areas: IP internetworking, LAN Switching, Voice technologies, IP Telephony, IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

Excellent knowledge of GPRS/UMTS/LTE core network architectures.

Excellent knowledge of Small Cell and Wi-Fi Access technologies and associated core network technologies such as HeNB-GW, ePDG and TWAG and Wireless LAN Controllers.

Excellent knowledge of W-Fi network architectures and Wi-Fi Access technologies.

Excellent knowledge of security protocols and authentication (WISPr, EAP-TTLS/SIM, 802.1x, AAA, RADIUS)

Working knowledge of Wi-Fi Alliance and 802.11 specifications.

Understand 3G and 4G integration and associated network services (such as Charging, performance, O&M, Gx, Gy, Gz, Gr, Gn/Gp, Gs, Gd, Gb and IuPS).

Experienced in Interoperability Testing (IOT) with customer vendors for SGSN and GGSN network elements.

Experienced in System Acceptance Testing: Ensure functionality of all test cases, and troubleshoot and isolate any faults encountered.

Hands on experience in OSS and SNMP protocol.

Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.

Must possess strong technical account management skills.

In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability and capacity planning.

Good Linux/Solaris expertise.

Creative problem solver, motivated, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to any customer issues.

Work with peers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment to meet customer commitments.

Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time on short notice to meet the demands of the business.
