Principal Duties

Provide timely and accurate responses to business inquiries

Educate business clients on our technology, products, and services

Gather and clarify technical and business requirements

Interact with Engineering and other departments to ensure client needs are met

Act as the business customer’s advocate and primary point of contact

Get answers to technical questions

Handle straightforward business deals

Negotiate confidentiality and licensing agreements

Attend trade shows to promote our products and services

Arrange meetings between business clients and OBD Solutions personnel

Prepare reports and statistics, to track sales progress and identify trends

Skills/Experience (Required)

Degree in Electronics, or other related field, or commensurate experience

2+ years experience in B2B customer-facing role

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Docs

Generating reports from bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks

Bonus Skills/Experience (Helpful)

Working knowledge of IoT, Telematics, and/or automotive technology

Salesforce or similar CRM

Fluent in Mandarin

Technical writing background

Billiards, tennis, and hiking

Salary

$55k – $75k, DOE

Performance-based system of bonuses and raises
