Responsibilities

Own and lead multiple, simultaneous customer engagements implementing the Applause’s SaaS Quality solution and 360° app quality dashboard

Develop strong customer relationships that enable Applause to become a trusted adviser for our customers’ IT/QA managers and stakeholders

Provide both engagement and Quality leadership to the customer

Gather Quality requirements from your clients and understand how to translate our results into metrics and information that the customer values

Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, customer expectations, meeting milestones and ensuring customer and project success

Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Applause product suite

Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion

Work with sales teams to identify areas of solution expansion

Flexibility

Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions, define testing scope and conduct knowledge transfer sessions both remotely and on-site

A proven track record of serving as the subject matter expert when meeting with a variety of customer constituents including senior management and executives

High level knowledge of enterprise organizational, business and technical environments

Experience & Education:
At least 5 years of system implementation or consulting experience with at least three years as a senior consultant or project manager

Mobile application SDLC experience

A strong knowledge of the Quality/testing domain/App Economy is preferred
