Working closely with a very large MVNO Partner, manage all aspects of device collaboration – including quality and testing, lifecycle management, portfolio and channel strategy, budget and management of large subsidy program, while developing strong relationships with all our shared OEM partners.
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
Ensure all devices sourced by partner meet the same standards as a T-Mobile branded device, working closely with Partner and Internal T-Mobile teams (sourcing, technical, testing)
Manage a large device subsidy budget and working with Partner, implement program to maximize program effectiveness
Develop close relationships with common OEM partners to drive incremental opportunities and scale
Work across Enterprise on latest over-the-air solution(s) for device launches, lifecycle management, etc
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
5+ Years in Wireless Industry
Strong Experience with Mobile Devices (ie Sales, Sourcing, Testing, Technical, etc)
Strong Product Management skills
5+ years working with large Partners
Existing Device OEM relationships
Launching Wireless devices into market
Strong familiarity with the National Retail Channel
