Job Description:
The Marketing Analytics Sr. Analyst is responsible for

providing analytics and insights support for the Wine &

Spirits Marketing organization, which includes Brand

Marketing, Innovation, and Media/Digital Marketing. The

qualified candidate will integrate information from

multiple data sources, analyze and translate data into

key insights, and communicate clear and actionable

recommendations to drive growth. This person will be the

lead insights role on cross functional teams, requiring

a high level of collaboration with internal and external

partners.

Key Responsibilities

Insights & Analytics

  • Conduct data analysis from syndicated and custom

sources, identify key insights and opportunities,

develop fact based selling stories, and provide

actionable recommendations to help the Marketing

teams make informed decisions that drive business

results

  • Proactively participate in cross functional teams to

influence strategic execution and decision making on

company initiatives

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the

Marketing teams. Work closely with team to

understand processes and identify opportunities to

improve efficiency.

  • Provide analytic support to the Digital Marketing

team on methods to measure digital campaign goals

  • Support manager in collecting data for advanced

custom analytic projects to measure the

effectiveness of marketing activities

  • Proactively identify and communicate business

opportunities to the Marketing teams based on data

analytics

  • Apply solid judgment in selecting methods,

techniques and criteria in producing and validating

project work. This role involves communication of

complex information and persuasion/influence.

Business Partner Collaboration

  • Establish and develop collaborative relationships

with internal and external business partners

  • Lead trainings with key business partners to grow

insights capabilities across the organization

  • Proactively share best practices and insights that

drive market share growth for Constellation Brands

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics,

insights, or strategy roles with demonstrated career

progression. CPG industry experience including

alcohol beverages preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree

preferred

  • An understanding of the consumer packaged goods

industry, retail channels and strategies, and brand

marketing concepts

  • Previous experience analyzing and interpreting data

from syndicated sources such as IRI or Nielsen Scan

& Household Panel

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint,

including pivot tables, formulas, formatting and

data manipulation, as well as creating and

delivering compelling and clear presentations

  • Solid business acumen and problem solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to summarize findings into clear and

actionable recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to plan

and prioritize work effectively in a fast paced

environment

  • Ability to develop internal and external

relationships and work within a team structure,

while also having the ability to work independently

  • Highly motivated with the desire to grow within the

organization

Physical Requirements/Other

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Should be able to lift 40lbs on occasion
  • Minimal Travel: 5-10%
