We are seeking entrepreneurial, experienced and
Senior Product Manager
. You
will lead the marketing and development of new software solutions for our
customers. In this role, you will work closely with our mobile app developers,
end users, and the design team to create optimal solutions for our customers.
In this role you will be responsible for expanding and inventing new mobile app

Our team is small and nimble with limited

hierarchy and lots of ownership. We're looking for a leader who is an
out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about our mission, who wants to dive in and
get their hands dirty.

Your focus will be on deeply understanding our
end customers' needs, developing world-class concepts, and shepherding those
concepts from a whiteboard through development and into the millions of
locations globally.

You will need to work with and coordinate a wide
variety of teams including Design, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support,
Sales and Marketing. Your role is to inspire these teams, keep them focused on
the big picture, and make sure that the products Honeywell creates both live up
to our standard of quality and excellence as well as create a new future for
the business.


Product Management:

• Identify market opportunities, build business
cases, and help to define the vision and strategy

• Own the product planning process for various
solutions; develop and manage apps/services roadmaps linked to target
segments’, customer needs and willingness to pay; product positioning linked to
distinctive understanding of competitive offerings and value; product value

• Help to own and manage the apps/services life
cycle, including definition, development, and launch

• Drive new apps / services development and
deliver on customer needs on time and budget

Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and execute consumer-centric plans,
with a particular focus on consumer observational and continuous feedback loops

• Communicate the value of the offering in
customer-centric terms

• Help to construct the customer marketing and
launch plans

Research and Analysis:

• Continuously learn about the market and
customer needs to inform future solutions

• Lead market research planning and execution;
drive analysis to “so what’s”

• Communicate the findings and implications;
drive action from analysis

• Have a strong knowledge of data analytics and
actionable business insights to be able to inform and influence future product

• 3 years of experience with Agile development methodology

• 3 years Product Management experience in a software environment

• 5 years experience in the technology sector

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline

• Proven
ability to develop, communicate and influence within complex and matrixed
organizations; proactive communicator and team builder approach

• Strong
team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others; globally diverse

• Proven project
management skills, effective self starter and meets deadlines routinely

• Excellent
verbal, written & graphical communications skills; proficient in developing
effective action orientated plans

• Excellent
financial and analytical skills; data driven and focused on fact based
assessments leading to economic outcomes and other quantifiable deliverables
with plans for achievement

• Organized
and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proven
ability to take actions, manage risks intelligently, prioritize and implement
effective solutions in a timely manner
