Sr. Manager – Digital Analytics will lead all our Digital Analytics activities. This is a role with very high visibility and a great opportunity for anyone who wants to be at the cutting edge of measuring/analyzing/reporting integrated digital campaigns. The role will work very closely with our digital demand generation channel leads – social, display, SEM, SEO, Affiliate – to measure and benchmark performance of campaigns across the buyer funnel (clicks- >landings- >leads- >opps- >bookings).
Single point of contact for all Digital Analytics needs, especially around web analytics
Effectively present complex data analysis and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership
Manage standard dashboards and reports, performance tracking and ad-hoc analyses. Integrate with other available data to present a holistic picture
Develop, publish, and present weekly and monthly executive dashboards
Analyze performance of all digital campaigns across all channels throughout the buyer’s journey with ability to do deep funnel analysis
Creation and management of Audience Segments within DMP platform and managing audience sharing between Analytics, CRM (SalesForce), Marketo is a big plus
6+ years of experience managing web and digital analytics activities
Rich expertise in Adobe suite of products – Analytics, Target, Audience Manager
Expertise on assignment, setup and usage of standard Analytics variables – evars, props, events
Expertise in executing and measuring performance of A/B/MV tests
Deep knowledge of Excel functions and methods for manipulating, aggregating and presenting data in Excel. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis/insights to senior management.
Strong project management experience, with often changing priorities and tight timelines
