Act as BU’s prime interface towards the Regions to secure strategy execution and business growth. Secure financial performance by setting BU targets and KPI: s towards the Regions, following up on financial & operational performance and initiating actions as needed.
Support Regions in driving and developing sales and responsible for delegating business mandate through the Region Sales Instruction. Represent BU LT in the Region in relation to BU business when necessary to meet long term as well as financial objectives. This job role also covers the positions within the central GCU group.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Secure BU strategy execution and business growth
- Set targets and KPIs and follow-up on financial and operational performance
- Generate profitability sales
- Develop and drive BU sales activities towards Regions
- Support knowledge and learning transfer
- Initiate and participate in customer visits and events

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
- 7-10 years experience of relationship sales
- 7-10 years of experience from ICT industry
- Minimum 5 years in leadership positions
