You will support the marketing team and be responsible for the outbound marketing activities by Line of Business (Service Assurance, Device & IoT, RAN Solutions and Business Analytics), crafting the messaging, positioning and communicating product value to the market. You will conceive, develop and execute innovative marketing programs that drive demand, generate and follow up sales leads.

Working within the global Marketing team with two Product Marketing Managers and two Marcoms professionals you will need to be an enthusiastic, proactive self- starter with a can do approach. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

Main responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position are:

Working with Product Marketing:

    • Support and develop ‘Line of Business’ product and solutions positioning and messaging that differentiates TEOCO in the market
    • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
    • Product, consultancy services and solutions launch – plan the launch of new products/releases, services and solutions and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan in conjunction with the wider marcoms plan
    • Market intelligence – be the expert on TEOCO buyers, how they buy, their buying criteria, demographics and behaviour patterns
    • Competitors – analysis, awareness and SWOT to enable competitor differentiation and utilise AIRCOM strengths against their weaknesses
    • Line of Business focus and market analysis

Working with Marcoms

  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and execute the programs to drive demand for TEOCO
  • Owning and executing marcoms programs including: User events to drive market awareness and sales revenue
  • Sales lead generation & management – qualification from campaign program, follow up, opportunity generation
  • Web site – ongoing responsibility for adding new product content and SEO
  • Campaign statistical reporting
  • Working with and supporting team members with calls to action including PowerPoint presentations, supporting collateral, videos, webinars, white papers


  • Experience with Dotmailer, WordPress, SFDC
  • Executor with a proactive can do attitude
  • Sales leads tracking and analysis
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanour at all time
  • Able to travel as necessary – minimal
  • Budget management on individual projects

Education & Training/Experience

  • 5+ years in telecoms OSS, ideally Service Assurance & Business Analytics marketing experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role
  • Degree educated
