As part of C+E Product Marketing, the Leadership Program team focuses on landing lighthouse wins across our portfolio of IoT, advanced analytics, and ERP/CRM products and services.
We engage with hand-picked, marquee customers that are thought-leaders in their industries to help them drive business transformation through the use of our platform. We then showcase these lighthouse wins through a series of co-marketing activities.
We accomplish this by: Developing and managing exec-level connections with customers to foster partnerships Collaborating with account teams to ensure engagements map to customer priorities Partnering closely with engineering teams Generate valuable insights on a variety of business and technical topics through webinars and events Partnering closely with the evidence team to generate showcase customer stories Examples of the team’s work include Rolls-Royce, Schneider-Electric, ThyssenKrupp, Rockwell Automation, Kennametal, Johnson Controls and DocuSign. Specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to: * Understand customer needs and assess fit for programs * Scope customer solution requirements and initiate engineering engagement * Establish exec-level connections and develop close working relationships with customers * Identify relevant topics and prominent speakers (both internal and external) for webinars and events * Drive deliverables to help drive the customer engagements forward * Develop showcase stories with an explicit focus on the customer’s thought leadership and vision
Basic Qualifications: * Demonstrated 5+ years? experience in technology related roles in areas directly relevant to the responsibilities described above. * Ability to drive cross-team collaboration with diverse groups in a cross functional organization * Top-tier problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve results despite ambiguity, and ability to think strategically about technology and its business implications * Experience and proven track record in taking new and innovative products and technologies to market. A master’s degree is preferred but not required.
