Create a strong, effective marketing campaign for future product releases. By collaborating with the product definition team, applications team, design engineers, and end customers, you will be solely responsible in ensuring a product successfully releases to the market, and that customers are eagerly waiting its arrival

• Responsible for ensuring that all products including devices, Kits, Solutions are Mass Market enabled

• Develop marketing strategies and programs to maximize financial growth on new and existing products

• Develop sales collateral, innovative tools, and administer training for customers, NXP’s sales force, and distribution partners

• Implement a “Web First” marketing approach by interacting with eager customers through NXP.com; This includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), enhancing product page experiences, continually improving parametric search, and much more

• Understand and act upon industry trends

• Manage pricing negotiations and work with the finance team on revenue forecasting

• Analyze existing and new pricing for the most optimized strategy, and align it to the product line strategy

• Competitive Intelligence/Analysis and Product Positioning

• Understand Customer Design Cycles

• Identify regional New Product Ideas and consolidate WW interest/demand

• Engage closely with NXP’s field and customers to discover and drive to closure key opportunities

• Provide guidance to the Systems and Applications team on customer support needs

• Define key support collateral needs including reference designs, application-focused demos, and technical collateral

• Support training and product demonstrations for internal and external customers

Your Profile:

Basic Qualifications:

– Excited about and interested in technology and solving tough customer problems

– Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years technical experience with Wireless Connectivity

– Customer engagement/support experience

– Business acumen to prioritize based on probability of success

– Strong written and verbal communications skills

– Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required (~30%)

Preferred Qualifications:

– MSEE in EE or MBA with a minimum of 1 year experience in Wireless Connectivity

– Familiarity with IoT

– Experience in systems or applications engineering

– Experience in Business Development

– Experience in Product Definition

– Proven track record of Business ownership and execution to achieve revenue growth
