You will identify and drive commercial strategy of wireless business products and services that support IoT, enterprise and government applications. Key areas of interest include identity, virtual and augmented reality, and artificial intelligence. Your focus will include service-related products and adoption of next-generation wireless technologies. You will set and communicate product strategy, establish routes to markets/channels, and lead the resulting product management efforts. In addition, you will articulate requirements for all segments, drive those requirements through agile product development processes, support commercial releases in collaboration with the business unit, and provide post-launch support. You will also be responsible for defining and communicating the roadmap and commercial model to influence Verizon partner products. The work you’ll do every single day impacts people’s lives, work and play.

Drive new development initiatives from inception through launch including managing the product development launch process.

Engage with customers, sales, business unit marketing, and other stakeholders to define the require-me-stakeholders-map.

Evaluate software and/or hardware solutions.

Own the business execution plan for assigned products and solutions, collaborate with business unit marketing and other teams for delivery of associated revenue and profitability goals.

Identify ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction, continued revenue growth and increased market share.

Communicate product vision and strategies to varied audiences, including executives and cross functional teams.

Drive quarterly business review with third party vendors to drive business objectives.

Resolve escalated support issues on behalf of customers.

Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with other resources including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Network, IT, Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market.


Must have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Extensive Product Management experience with background in wireless business products.

Experience working with small, medium, and large business customers, including public sector.

Market research and analysis, marketing, and product deployment experience.

Broad understanding of Wireless industry and related network and device technologies.

Ideally, you’ll also have:
A Master’s degree. Even better if you have your MS/MBA.

Demonstrated ability to create use cases with a focus on delivering a quality customer experience.

Project management skills to execute on roadmap, moving a project from inception to completion. Working knowledge of lean six sigma and agile frameworks.

Strong problem solving capabilities – must be able to identify and escalate potential issues as well as implement recommended solutions.

Polished written and Verbal communication skills to reach multiple levels of an organization.

Proven ability to work on a team and independently on multiple high priority projects.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative resolution of differences with a “win-win” approach.

Proven organizational, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
