Mocana seeks a high-energy Marketing Communications Manager to take ownership for increasing market awareness and demand through the development of all content-based marketing and communications plans and activities.
What You’ll Do
Work with the marketing team and cross-functionally to create compelling content and messaging for all facets of external marketing communications and outbound programs/activities
Create and manage all aspects of the marketing communications plan
Manage various web marketing programs, assets and initiatives, including corporate website content, search marketing, and online advertising
Develop and manage closed loop lead/demand generation programs, including messaging, execution and tracking that continuously improve demand volume and quality across multiple channels
Manage and execute account-based marketing programs to generate demand within targeted segments, markets, and companies
Create and manage social media content calendar and execute programs that increase audience engagement across all social channels
Collaborate with internal SMEs on blog content ideation and develop and edit copy for corporate and technical blogs
Manage all aspects of story and content development for customer and prospect communications and newsletters
Assist in the management and execution of various trade and company events
Coordination and support of PR, AR, and speaker programs
Assist in various other marketing activities as required
Who You Are
5+ years of relevant B2B marketing communications experience in small to mid-sized technology companies
3+ years of B2B social media content development and management
Experience writing web content and managing B2B websites required
Experience marketing to Mocana’s prospects required: Fortune 1000 and Industrial required
Experience marketing security products preferred
Hands on experience in SEO and PPC is highly preferred
Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphics skills is a plus
Experience and examples of writing effective and compelling B2B marketing content for a wide range of communications channels and vehicles
Ability to translate technical aspects into customer-centric, value-based concepts and copy
Experience working in and managing CRM, email, and/or marketing automation applications
Highly detail-oriented and well organized
Excellent at handling multiple projects with tight timelines
