Position Overview

ActionX is actively looking for a Manager to join the Analytics & Campaign Management Team. Someone who is smart, eager to learn, and has outstanding direct response and communication skills. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing successful campaigns for clients using ActionX technology products while developing key business relationships with external vendors including third-party analytics companies and media platforms. You will successfully manage client campaigns, defining optimal strategy to deliver results for clients and ActionX. In addition to managing campaigns, you will be responsible for assisting with the technical implementation for a client as well as consult during the pre-sales process.

Responsibilities

Lead internal and external groups to manage client on-boarding, launch, and campaign optimization.

Lead optimization efforts, developing strategies and executing tactics to drive results for clients and revenue for ActionX

Provide consultative guidance to the colleagues in regarding best practices (e.g. targeting, reach and efficiency).

Partner with Operations team to troubleshoot campaigns, working with internal and external teams to resolve in timely manner

Regularly query data sets to review all events coming in for a campaign

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college

Ability to effectively multitask and balance multiple projects

Experience managing tight deadlines while staying highly responsive to client’s needs

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Positive, pro-active attitude and commitment to excellence

Flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Prior experience interactive directly with clients, agencies, or publishers

4+ years working in online advertising industry with a focus on trafficking and operations

Basic knowledge of SQL

Ability to read and modify HTML, CSS, XML, and Javascript in an advertising context

Advanced knowledge of SQL
