The ideal candidate for this position will be able to unlock business insights found within Customer Care’s data to help improve the department’s processes. Not only will the role emphasize the ability to uncover valuable information, but will also require the candidate to communicate that information both visually and verbally to stakeholders of all technical abilities. Above all, the candidate must be able to provide pertinent and meaningful recommendations and the capacity to carry out many of those recommendations.
Use data mining and analytics techniques to help identify, prioritize, and solve complex problems
Collect stakeholder requirements and translate those requirements into operational dashboards and ad hoc analyses
Actively work to improve the role by driving out defects and data variability
Manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Intermediate to advanced SQL Skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of database concepts
Keen eye towards business process improvement
Experience with Tableau is a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of corporate management
Highly analytical with strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
Strong prioritization and planning ability
Propensity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and ability to fill in the gaps when processes are unclear
Adept at both written and verbal communication
