The IT&SS Data Analytics
and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for working with the management team
to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consolidate and organize data
from multiple sources, and create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and
additional reporting tools. Data will be represented in a manner that
will drive accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement across IT
organizations. This role will work in collaboration with stakeholders
across all levels of the IT and Shared Services organization so that evolving
data analytic needs from Senior Executive Leadership to Department Managers are
addressed. Information will be consolidated on a daily, weekly, and/or
monthly basis, as applicable, in formats that are easily understood and
actionable by stakeholders.


  • Work with
    the management team to identify key data elements
  • Identify source systems and
    determine the best method for extraction
  • Identify and implement
    effective designs for dashboards, scorecards, and reports to enhance
    understanding and usability
  • Map the accurate source of
    the required information by working with different SMEs
  • Analyze the data to determine
    if there are outliers or data accuracy issues and work with related departments
    to make the corrections
  • Provide assistance with
    interpretation of raw data, statistical results or compiled information
  • Create and maintain diagrams
    depicting data flow associated with reporting process
  • Provide new user training,
    communications, and day-to-day support for maintenance of reporting tools
  • Routinely analyze and make
    recommendations for improvements to existing processes and tools used to
    prepare the reporting tools
  • Provide support, as required,
    to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Computer Science and/or Data
    Analytics background a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in
    data analysis and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and
    PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Tableau data
    visualization a strong plus
  • Lean Six Sigma awareness
    and/or certification a plus
  • Demonstrated history of
    proactively driving initiatives forward
  • Flexible to manage change as
    it arises and reprioritize along the way
  • Demonstrated relationship
    management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all
    levels of the organization
  • Ability to influence across
    virtual teams and disparate stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and verbal
    presentation skills to a wide variety of senior managers across the
