products? Our Keurig Connect team is developing Keurig’s capabilities to build
and leverage connected brewers and we need your help to bring them to market
together with our Partners.

As
the IoT Marketing Automation Manager,
you will lead our IoT marketing activities including digital marketing tests,

marketing initiatives, and 1:1 marketing journeys. These activities will be on
behalf of many of the largest coffee brands in the world as well as our own
brands. You will work cross-functionally (with our Connected team, eCommerce
team, brand teams, Partner team, commercial teams, and creative & media
agencies) to manage the marketing activities on a panel of consumers using our
connected brewers. You would be responsible for coordination, execution, communication
and management, with third party coordination as needed, of these campaigns and
consumer journeys.

What you will do

  • Develop a
    roadmap of use-cases to prove out the effectiveness of marketing automation on
    a connected consumer
  • Work with
    the eCommerce merchandising team and Email Marketing Manager to support
    business process and campaign workflows and subsequent consumer journeys for
    connected panelists and look-alike marketing campaigns for future consumers
  • Collaborate
    with brand, product, insights, and partner teams to guide and refine campaign
    strategies leveraging the connected panel including message headlines, consumer
    benefits, reasons to buy etc.
  • Collaborate
    with the IT team, finance and promotion execution team to creative innovative
    & compelling digital campaigns and offers
  • Lead and
    manage connected panel campaigns
  • Drive user
    journeys using insights from connected consumers to create messaging and
    campaigns
  • Analyze data
    on connected consumers to identify key insights for Keurig and its partners and
    leverage to build campaigns to drive desired consumer behaviors
  • Leverage and
    maximize use of technology and tools to deliver results
  • Partner with
    outside vendors and agencies that support Marketing Automation
  • Build strong
    cross functional partnerships with the eCommerce and digital marketing teams.
    Influence and leverage other teams across the organization to achieve business
    objectives.
  • Write clear
    and specific creative briefs and will evaluate creative to ensure the message
    is on point
  • Work with 1

Qualifications

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5- 7
    years
    business experience; minimum 2 years’ experience
    with marketing automation

Additional
Experience includes:

  • Working with digital, creative
    and/or media agencies
  • Customer segmentation and
    audience building

Knowledge
includes:

  • Understands key drivers of
    ecommerce, digital marketing, and marketing automation
