IoT & Digital Transformation Content Manager (0034B1)

The IoT and Digital Transformation team has various capabilities including: Digital Services Factory Program, IoT Business Design, Embedded Control Platform, Pervasive Sensing, Digital Services Platform and Analytics. The IoT & Digital Transformation Content Manager is responsible to produce communication content and coordinate related initiatives to increase awareness on Schneider Electric digital transformation and boost engagement of targeted stakeholders across the group.
Successful candidates must be an experienced communicator at all levels within the project environment, be proactive, exhibit strong capacity to influence and be able to adapt to a dynamic and geographically disperse organization.
Produce content for internal audiences and partners to increase awareness on Schneider Electric Digital Transformation and Strategy. The goal is also to boost engagement within target audiences such as R&D, Strategy and Marketing organizations within Businesses and Countries. Alignment of our IoT and Digital Transformation Capabilities and engagement process within our team is essential.
Develops content: blogs, newsletters, social, web, executive presentations, emails, etc. to drive a highly qualitative communication experience across the communities.
Update key stakeholders on the progress of Schneider Electric digital transformation, for instance offers launched, key capabilities delivered and available, people trained in the Analytics Academy and Digital Services Platform bootcamps, etc.
Manage external communication agency to support delivery of communication assets such as videos, infographics, other content on Ad Hoc basis
Coordinate editorial of IoT Virtual Campus to expand content generation and ensure information renewing. Target contributors are: technical writers (Technical Advisory Services, Analytics, Cyber-Security, ECP), external messaging (Global Marketing) and partners (MS, ACN, Zuora, etc)
Coordinate events to boost awareness and collaborate of our business and technical communities
Measures impact of activities and implements corrective actions based on communications activities impact report against established KPIs including return on investment, and optimizing costs in scope.
5+ years of relevant experience in communications or marketing in global companies, preferably within technology related groups
5+ years working in a global role with multicultural exposure and working in matrix organizations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Business or related disciplines
High proficiency in spoken and written English, including presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones
Ability to work on a fast moving and evolving organization
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature and executive judgment
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
