THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing and selecting candidates. You’ll be experienced in your field – sourcing talent from a variety of mediums. We are a disruptive company and encourage all our teams to be creative, and experiment. Therefore, you’ll be encouraged to think outside of the box! We’ll show you how. You’ll ensure your new colleagues are as exceptional as you. As one of our brand ambassadors, we’ll teach you everything you need to know, to ensure incoming candidates are truly appreciative of the opportunities before them.

KEY

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To lead the full life cycle of recruiting, from planning, sourcing

and assessing through to offering and on boarding.

Shortlisting all candidates via telephone screenings, face to face

interviews and administering other testing (psychometric and skills based)

to adjudicate suitability

Ensuring every candidate has a consistent and positive journey from

initial contact to their first day with us

To fulfil requisitions within stringent time frames without

compromising on criteria and quality of hire

Source and screen qualified candidates, leveraging Internet Job

Boards, employee referrals, internet search engines and direct cold

calling.

Compile detailed job descriptions in conjunction with hiring

managers to promote our mission and vision

Develop strategies and utilize a variety of creative, non-fee based

sourcing to identify and recruit candidates for positions across all

business lines including digital marketing, creative design, web

development, project management, account management, social media.

Check references, conduct background checks, make offers and

negotiate as necessary.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities and

business schools for the purpose of job posting.

Providing accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in an in-house

environment with demonstrated successes.

Experience in a broad spectrum of recruiting is ideal. This

includes sales, finance, production operatives, customer services and

marketing amongst others.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; however exceptional experience

will be considered.

Knowledge and experience with visas, travel documents, licenses,

and background check processes.

Knowledge and awareness of effective recruitment techniques, global

market trends and bulk hiring.

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This includes Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
