Harris Corporation is seeking an Intelligence Assessments Analyst with Intelligence Community experience to fill demanding positions directly supporting senior policy makers and top level intelligence officials. The position is located in McLean, VA. Duties include:
Designing, testing, and managing IT tools to support assessments on how IC collection and analytic products are aligned to intelligence needs and questions; the IC's responsiveness to requirements and changes in intelligence priorities; IC's reliance on the variety of intelligence collection types.
Conducting data extraction, parsing, manipulation, and storage; quantitative and qualitative analyses based on the large volume of data from various IC databases.
Providing statistical and survey support to PAG analyses and interpreting results in both technical and non-technical forms.
Researching and collecting data to assess IC agencies' methods to evaluate their performance in addressing intelligence requirements.
Developing recommendations to assist these agencies improve their evaluation techniques.
Drafting expert analytic assessments across collection, analysis, and intelligence operations priorities on behalf of the ODNI,in accordance with the NIPF, the NIMs, and direction from the NSS.
Developing advanced analytic methods to assess the IC's state of collection, analysis, posture, and progress against intelligence priorities.
Providing support, reviews, analysis, and feedback on evaluation-related issues for MlD's programs.
Bachelors Degree (or the equivalent) in a technical field with a minimum of 4 years related work experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience the support cross-community initiatives within the IC.
4+ years of data analysis and methodological research experience supporting IC collection or analytic issue assessments.
4+ years of experience in drafting clear and concise products describing complex data and analysis.
4+ years of experience in generating reports, charts, and plots of distributions and trends, descriptive statistics, and complex statistical analyses.
4+ yeasrs of experience in working in analytic teams.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Working knowledge of tools in at least one of the following areas: statistics; mathematics; econometrics; operations research; survey design and analysis; election analysis; information technology.
Experience in drafting evaluation reports, using enterprise data integration and metrics.
Substantial demonstrated experience applying quantitative and qualitative analytic methods, including the design, development, and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide evaluations.
Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and the supporting intelligence information needs.
This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance and to maintain the clearance.
