The Data Architect is responsible for designing, creating, deploying and managing the data architecture to provide integrated solution. Responsible for enhancing the data architecture by applying best practices in data modeling and Data Quality. The Data Architect will define a common data layer and data quality business rules, and develop procedures that will provide reliable data across all reporting and analytic applications. Basic Qualifications (Required):

Must be US Citizen

Minimum 4 years’ experience designing data architecture and data models, and defining metadata and data quality.

Additional Required Qualifications (Must be recent and relevant experience):

Demonstrated experience integrating data from disparate systems, designing and building relational databases such as Oracle, and designing data models such as star-schema and snowflake models.

Experience reviewing data quality issues and works closely with the customer in developing solutions to mitigate or eliminate impacts to the business.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or related field is highly desired but not required

Experience developing SAP Business Objects Universe and/or SAP Integration Services or SAP

Experience with Data Quality tool is a plus

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
