Morris Cerullo World Evangelism is seeking an Enterprise Solutions/Integration Architect to perform a vital role on our Legacy Center Technology (LC Tech) team! Our LC Tech team has the exciting opportunity to help the ministry to deliver the glorious message of Christ to an ever more modern and technology savvy world population. We will assist the ministry's executives and thought leaders to best utilize cutting edge and emerging technologies including IoT, AR/VR, 3D & Holographic systems, proximity and location awareness, telepresence, integrated social media and more to reach a wider and younger audience.

The Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) will be responsible for leading the definition and implementation of Morris Cerullo World Evangelism’s Enterprise Infrastructure and system integration. This role will work closely with the Office of the CEO, the Executive Director of the Legacy Center and the Director of Legacy Center Technology. The ESA will be counted on to provide the technical expertise and leadership necessary to enable a fully automated and integrated operations system for the future 18 acre Morris Cerullo Legacy International Center (Legacy Center). The ESA's responsibilities include analysis of enterprise system requirements, enterprise architectural documentation, as well as the researching and identifying the best Enterprise Bus, CRM and ERP solutions to satisfy MCWE’s day to day operational and future Legacy Center technology needs. This position will provide technical guidance for all departments and all levels of the Legacy Center project team.

Essential Functions

  • Work closely with the Executive Director of the Legacy Center, the MCWE CEO, the MCWE COO and the Director of Legacy Center Technology to clearly identify key stakeholder need and requirements for our future “Backbone” / Enterprise Service Bus.
  • Lead a team of engineers and contractors to architect, prototype and integrate disparate systems into an operational enterprise system utilizing the latest in ESB, CRM and ERP techniques and tools
  • Assist the Director of Legacy Center Technology to create a successful development and integration plan which will enable rapid construction and implementation of our ESB and ERP systems by identifying the most appropriate EAI and ETL tools
  • Participate in system component evaluations, as well as system design and software code reviews to ensure the best quality high performance system.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and contractors to design, configure and implement the best integration solutions to maximize operational performance and enable automated operations monitoring and maintenance
  • Provide Technical expertise and guidance to the Test Automation team and assist them with creating system, and system to system, test plans to support development, integration, and proof of concept and deployment activities.

  • Hands-on professional experience architecting, designing and implementing Enterprise Service Bus and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Experience with integrating disparate enterprise systems and utilizing ESB, CRM or ERP software system solutions.
  • Experience with leveraging ESB, CRM or ERP analytics for enterprise operational performance monitoring and performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate complex multiple database, SaaS, PaaS, mBaaS and/or SOA systems into a coherent cooperative whole.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to guide and mentor others at throughout all levels of the project team
  • Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    While performing some duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee may occasionally be exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to carry boxes or items weighing up to 40 lbs. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods of time.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a typically a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Accommodations may be considered for part-time employment if the employee was engaged and continues to be engaged in the pursuit of a college degree in a related field.

    The employee may from time to time be required to work beyond the normal work days / work hours to complete a mission critical, time sensitive tasks.


    Limited infrequent travel may occasionally be required for this position.

    Required Education and Experience

  • BS degree in software engineering, computer science or computer engineering.
  • Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., STASH, Jenkins, Maven …) and version control systems such as GIT, SVN, VSS, CVS, etc.
  • Experience with Quality control system design, deployment and execution
  • Strong Object Oriented design background
  • Preferred Education and Experience

  • Preferred MS degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. CE, Systems Eng, etc…).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering or SaaS/mBaaS/PaaS development environment.
  • 3 plus years of hands-on professional experience of one or more object oriented software programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Java Script, Objective-C, Python, etc…
  • Two or more of the following
  • 5+ years of SaaS/mBaaS/PaaS product development experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS/mBaaS/PaaS enterprise integration and/or data migration experience
  • 2 years of experience developing Android or iPhone applications
  • 4+ years of experience engineering and developing corporate end-user products
  • 4+ years of experience with database applications
  • 2+ years of Operational performance analytics
  • Expertise and Experience in BI & Analytics related applications strongly desired
  • Enterprise Service Bus development experience a major plus
  • Knowledge of Secure Mobile enterprise applications a major plus
  • The ideal candidate also has hands-on expertise in multiple of the following:

    • Apache, APEX, Workflows, OBM
    • Integration/EAI technologies (e.g. MuleSoft, Pervasive, Informatica, Jitterbit, OpenESB, etc.)
    • Object Oriented Languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Objective-C, C#, C++
    • Systems integration utilizing SOAP, RESTful, .NET and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc)
    • Mobile and Web based app development utilizing Android, iOS, HTML5, ASP, Java/J2EE
    • Common frameworks such as spring, hibernate, etc. and database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, CouchDB, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL)
    • Experience using complex query and analytics tools (e.g., R, Go, SAS, HiveQL).
    • Experience with SOA
    • Web Portal & Web Apps
