Memory Design Engineer: Design state-of-the-art CMOS high speed non-volatile memory and custom logic circuits for communication, IoT, wearables, PC and the internet industry. Assignments consists of specific tasks in support of higher level professionals and broader assignments. This job will entail being responsible for development, design, documentation, verification and debug of memory related IP blocks.
Education: BSEE with 2+ years of experience or MSEE. Skills involved: Strong understanding of CMOS circuit and logic design techniques. Strong understanding of CMOS device physics, processes and basic circuit layout Proficiency with Cadence design tools/environment. Knowledge of analog (Spectre/Hspice) and digital simulators (Verilog) Operating System: Linux, Unix and Windows. Experience in non-volatile memory design/architecture is a plus. Experience with scripting/programming languages (PERL, Python etc) is a plus. Knowledge of RTL coding and synthesis is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams We need someone excited to jump in and help design state-of-the-art circuits, for easy integration in cutting edge chips.
