Working directly with and collaborating with the CEO on

the execution of Xtreme Lashes’ vision, you will lead

the Marketing department, including the Digital,

PR/Social Media and Creative divisions. You will develop

best-in-class, omni-channel marketing strategies and

initiatives focused on enhancing sales to our

professional stylist clients, retail customers and

global franchisees for both the Xtreme Lashes by Jo

Mousselli® and Jo Mousselli® brands.

self-confidence. As the Director of Marketing at Xtreme

Lashes, you will develop winning products and

promotional plans that reinforce our brand’s heritage of

empowering and enriching lives through beauty. You enjoy

leading and collaborating cross-functionally with teams

to create strategies that result in alignment and

continuity of the Xtreme Lashes brand message across all

communication and distribution channels.

Management of Marketing for an international company

generating millions of dollars in revenue annually.

Development and implementation of marketing strategy for

product portfolios across multi-media channels: website,

newsletter, blog, email campaigns, primary and secondary

product packaging, printed marketing

material, social media and advertising.

A confident leader who will lead: brand managers,

graphic designers, copywriters, social media

specialists, and marketing specialists: digital and

non-digital.

Someone socially aware, as you will develop assets and

strategy for the annual Blink Pink – Breast Cancer

Awareness Month campaign.

What you will be doing…

  • Positioning & Strategy
  • Design and Deployment of Corporate Marketing

Strategy

  • Development and maintenance of Brand Guidelines
  • Branding & Product Development
  • Conduct product market research
  • Lead ongoing consumer profile research

initiatives

  • Proposal of new products to add to our portfolio

(application & retail products)

  • Product launch campaigns and metrics
  • Design & development of packaging
  • Creation of commercial & “How to” videos
  • Concept development and planning of photoshoots
  • Marketing & Campaigns
  • Design, develop and deploy annual campaigns
  • Weekly newsletter
  • Annual/seasonal/holiday marketing calendar
  • Create/design/deploy automated digital marketing

campaigns & drip programs

  • International & Corporate Partnership Accounts
  • Ensure quality and alignment of our brands

across global and corporate partnerships

  • Artwork & Creative Assets
  • Oversee development of all marketing creative

assets (digital & print)

  • Education & Training Program Marketing
  • Team Management
  • Manage workload & professional development of

marketing & creative teams

  • Hire, train and motivate the marketing team

The ideal candidate will bring to the team…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or similar focus) or

equivalent experience.

  • Experience in development of brand guidelines and

maintaining brand aesthetic and voice.

  • Senior-level design and concept development

experience (Branding, Logo, and Packaging).

  • Experience in developing promotional campaigns and

marketing strategy

  • Experience in consumer package goods industry.

Cosmetic, beauty and/or fashion industry experience

a strong plus.

  • Well versed and up to date on current digital

marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, retargeting, SEM,

e-commerce, digital marketing automation, etc.)

  • Must be knowledgeable of current methods and

methodologies for social media (social media

integration, rich media, etc.)

  • Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies

and social media platforms including Facebook,

LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+,

etc.

  • Extensive portfolio that demonstrates a range of

concept exploration and innovative solutions

  • Flexible/Adaptable – able to quickly shift

priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Must have a passion for beauty/CPG/fashion industry

and stay abreast of all current trends.

  • Experienced in supervising or managing a team and

overseeing production; act as both a mentor and a

team member – you will direct and you will “do”.

  • Experience using Pardot & Salesforce a plus
  • Strong copy writing and verbal communication skills
