This position is pivotal in LoJack SCI’s strategy to accelerate its supply chain information services business. As this is a strategically new initiative for LoJack this position will require a seasoned professional who has has demonstrated the ability to initiate and close complex high level “enterprise” solution sales to major corporations.
The requirement is to assist in defining, developing, and execute a high-powered, impactful new strategic thrust for the company marketing our offerings direct to brand owners, directly and with channel partners a series of supply chain visibility services.
Success in this position will require working with the Company’s senior management in defining and refining the systems and support provisioning infrastructure needed for success, guiding existing and growing the sales pipeline, gathering customer input, performing analysis, drawing conclusions, designing impactful sales propositions, and bringing projects to a successful close.
The expectation is that this will become a major revenue opportunity for the company within a short period of time
Finding and creating sales opportunities for a full-fledged array of service offerings relating to supply chain visibility, protection and productivity focused on Fortune 1000 concerns – globally;
Assisting the development and execution of a portfolio of sales strategies designed for both rapid demand build and delivered sales results;
Generate profitable revenue at accelerating rates beginning immediately
Work closely with key members of the Product, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing teams to optimize the business and model programs that produce sustainable recurring revenue service offerings;
Work with Marketing Communications and Channel partners to test and refine the messaging/branding, access market research, identify and validate compelling go-to-market strategies
Build, train and drive sale to elevate reach; account and sales control through unique service bundle leverage and differentiation;
Ensure the annual revenue and operating plans, and the assumptions behind them, are well grounded
Design and develop reports to review the business as appropriate. These may include:
Periodic sales/revenue reports
Deliver general business reporting for Executive Management, including providing leadership in the annual planning process
Establish Consumer Marketing function and organization as a critical strategic and trusted resource within the broader organization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BA/BS required, MBA, preferably with a Marketing concentration,
8+ years of demonstrated success in services and solutions based sales and marketing in supply chain related services
Very high conceptual/intellectual abilities
Very strong analytic capabilities
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and technical competence

Strong sales leadership abilities with a demonstrated bias for action, strong sense of urgency and high work ethic.
Proven and demonstrated strategic account sales direction at senior executive proposition level.
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
Ability to create and foster a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment that leverages segmentation and campaign analysis to measure sales and marketing plans on an ROI basis
Collaborative style with ability to quickly establish credibility across the organization
Coordinate/collaborate intimately with multiple departments
