Visa's Products and Solutions is a global client facing organization that sets Visa's product design and public innovation agenda, co-develops product by securing commercial partnerships with industry leading brands and New Payment Enablers, and promotes hands on incubation and rapid prototyping to demonstrate the science of the possible for clients and partners. The position coordinates product design and development work with other unit the Innovation and Strategic Partnership team (I&SP) who runs innovation centers in various regional offices.
This digital product development function focuses on Visa's Latin America and Caribbean region and includes major markets such Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.
The Manager Digital Product Development brings a deep passion for technology and payments, a futurist view, ability to understand and capture trends in their respective industries and broad understanding of (or aptitude for)
Visa's capabilities and assets. Co-creation will be enabled by synchronizing various Visa core assets (e.g. Visa APIs), new products (e.g. Visa Services), new environments (e.g. Mobile apps, Connected Cars, IoT etc.) and innovations in the ecosystem driven by start-ups in the financial technology and other.
The Manager Of Digital Product Development will support various key operational initiatives including developing of the Visa innovation narrative, discovering and cataloging Visa assets that support the innovation agenda, enabling content and education to support various discussions and brainstorming (e.g., innovation workshops and panels, client brainstorming sessions) and fleshing out the innovation delivery methodology. The individual will be working with various stakeholders within the group as well as broadly within Visa to execute on his/her deliverables.
S/he will bring a mix of skills across strategic thinking, Human Centered Design, analysis, written communication and active participation in meetings.
S/he will work with minimal guidance in a fast paced, ambiguous work environment, and will have the ability to independently translate high level guidance into detailed deliverables. S/he will demonstrate good interpersonal skills and executive presence.
