The Data Operations Engineer will actively support Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) strategy implementation and will be responsible for the standardization and management of global reporting tools, providing leadership, customers, and operational teams centralized reporting and analysis to drive continual improvement. They will contribute to a team which works independently with direction from the Senior Team Members or management.
Integrate Business Intelligence Tools (SiSense/Tableau) with data warehouse solutions
Create and Improve global dashboards for leadership, operational teams, and customers
Run Ad Hoc financial and operational reports
Partner with internal teams and provide analysis and reporting to improve processes and the customer experience
Complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality. Take independent responsibility for assigned deliverables
Make transitions to the new and different. Adapt to new environments and changing requirements. Pivot quickly as needed. When coached, respond to need & seek info from other sources
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

Advance proficiency with MS Excel
Familiar with Business Intelligence Tools (SiSense, Tableau)
Experience with data warehousing
Understanding of End User Services and operational metrics such as SLA, SLO, RAL1, etc.
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Ability to proactively manage business partner relationships, work with stakeholders to define solutions and deliver on commitments
Ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
