Essential Duties and
Uses predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis
techniques to collect, explore, and identify the right data to be analyzed from
internal and external sources, uses data to explain or predict customer
behavior and solve a variety of business problems. Finds patterns and
relationships in data. Builds predictive models using data, tests the model on
results outside of the sample size and verifies the model in the real world.
Must possess strong understanding of internal business segment (stakeholders)
and may require presentation and influencing skills.
Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not
limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Develops and maintains operational metrics. Provides daily, weekly
and monthly reporting from tools (case management tool, etc.). Creates and
maintains metric definitions. Works with other internal departments to ensure
consistent use of metrics.
Analyzes operational performance for improvement. Proves
pre-development consulting services with internal customers to gather and
define development environment requirements for projects and enhancements to
Works with management to develop new management tools/metrics.
Reviews, analyzes and evaluates system performance for process improvement
Provides support for changes to system tools (case management
tool, etc.) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of staff. Maintains
environment specific support materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Computer Science or equivalent
3 years of related experience.
Strong relational database structure understanding.
Ability to manipulate data by writing complex SQL syntaxes.
Ability to run SQL queries.
Experience with Oracle database.
Advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to
