Job Title Data Analyst
We welcome you to join Philips as a Data Analyst in our Cleveland, Ohio location
As part of the Field Action Team your role is responsible and accountable for creation and maintenance activities which supports post market regulatory activities, specifically regarding product recalls. In addition, this role will interact with very diverse persons inside the company such as customer support and field personnel in order to ensure that the product recalls are addressed accordingly.
Your key responsibilities
Coordinate with Project Managers in generating and maintaining the Units Affected List (UAL) for field actions.
Coordinate with Customer Support and Key Markets on getting the correct population of systems within a UAL.
Work with the PSC Leads within the Post Market Surveillance group to ensure all appropriate systems are included for each UAL.
Generate reports and maintain electronic files adequately per established process within the required time frames.
Keep all the metrics spreadsheets updated on the shared drive and be prepared to report to management with this data.
Monitor the Customer Feedback SharePoint and work with the respective PSC Leads to disposition UAL Feedback and ensure UAL updates are incorporated.
Ensure that the appropriate procedures and processes are followed ensuring compliance to the Units Affected List (UAL) Creation and Maintenance process.
Work with the Post Market Surveillance Manager to ensure timely and effective creation of UALs to facilitate timely and effective execution of Post Market Field Actions and adherence to project schedules.
Identification of and active involvement with Continuous Improvement activities within the Post Market Surveillance organization
High School education
1-2 years of relevant experience.
2-4 years of Business/Data Analytics
Intermediate to Advanced Level Experience with Microsoft Excel/Access
SAP Experience plus
