Position Overview:
MCPc is looking for PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism to work in a great environment on our Client Services Team!

In this position you will be designated to a customer assisting with quoating products & processing orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This is a PART TIME position located at our Cleveland Office working TUESDAY's & THURSDAY's from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced office environment. The focus is support a large healthcare customer’s IT Helpdesk by providing quotes with their and MCPc’s systems. Typical duties include the following:

  • Access customer IT Helpdesk for MCPc assigned tickets remotely
  • Prepare quotes based on Service Tickets and customer’s established IT standards using manufacturers portal and MCPc’s internal systems and tools.
  • Contacting end-users to gather clarity where necessary
  • Providing quotes to end-users and closing IT Helpdesk tickets.
  • When customer send MCPc orders based on the previously completed quotes, process the quotes utilizing MCPc’s established processes and procedures across multiple[le systems.
