The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enterprise Infrastructure and Engineering Services Program (EIES) program provides the IT infrastructure engineering for classified and unclassified networks worldwide. This includes the lifecycle areas of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
This Business Data/Cost Analyst position will support the DIA Chief Information Office (CIO) business data analytics team, responsible for business operations and analysis recommendations for Information Technology (IT) resources. The candidate will work with a team of data, cost, risk, and information technology analysts to support Strategic CIO Business Operations, Risk Assessment Program Management and Enterprise Data Analytics.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Provide cost estimation/analysis support to CIO and CFO business operations activities
• Provide support to CIO's performance/cost management activities (e.g. develop efficiency ratios and service-based cost views, perform activity-based costings, measure efficiencies, determine cost in support of mission requirements, and generate cost estimates for CIO projects and business process redesign activities).
• Provide support to CIO's Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) framework by assisting in the implementation of a new enterprise Portfolio Management (PfM) capability.
• Provide support to MS-CFO business/financial management activities as required.
