As the Marketing Lead for marcomm and product marketing, you will guide the vision and implementation of product marketing for a host of solutions, from concept to commercialization. You will also be responsible for the communications, brand, PR, and events for the Business Innovation Center. Grab your multiple hats because you never know what opportunities await!

On any given day:
Design marketing strategy that unites the brand of Konica Minolta with the Business Innovation Center and its’ associated solutions

Craft compelling messaging and design collateral for a the brand and a variety of solutions in our key focus areas

Lead execution of customer and product presentations and one-pagers

Coordinate participation and preparation of events, speaking, and sponsorship opportunities

Synthesize industry information into digestible marketing materials

Create press-releases, blogs, newsletters, and additional content

Manage social media, website, and online strategies

Collaborate with a variety of different team members, departments, and contractors

Be open to ad-hoc requests, opportunities for growth, and new responsibilities

Requirements

To ace this role you will need to have:
Strong vision of brand and product development

Go-getter attitude with the ability to boot-strap marketing quickly and cost-effectively

Approachable voice and superb storytelling skills

Amazing writing/editing and graphic skills

Proactive can-do attitude with the ability to take a project and own it

Ability to work in a evolving environment with shifting priorities

Passion of technology, innovation, and organizational change

Does this sound like you?

Minimum of 5+ years successful experience in a similar role, startups or corporation innovation centers a plus

Experience sourcing talent and managing teams

Ability to work well under tight deadlines, respond to rapidly changing demands, and efficient following-up

Must possess excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate needs

BA required, MBA a plus
