As the Analyst you are the backbone of program analytics. This is a quantitatively oriented function with skills to develop strategic insights and tactical learnings in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will also be responsible for analyzing results from primary research studies, creating deliverables, and presenting results to clients.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting results to clients
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a proven track record of success in Excel
  • Expertise in Data Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Must have understanding of Retail and Consumer Electronics industries
  • Must be able to function in a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively with diverse circumstances and people
  • Possess the ability to understand current processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency
  • Must be able to function with integrity, honesty and in a candid, straightforward manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in research analysis
  • Familiarity in retail channel, channel marketing analytics, and consumer electronics preferred
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques required


  • Perform statistical analysis on research results
  • Develop set of key findings with actionable recommendations for clients
  • Summarize results in clear and concise deliverables with effective visualizations of the data
  • Preparation of visualization dashboards as needed or required by clients via tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Adherence to client timelines and responsiveness to new requests as needed
  • Presentation of findings to clients
