Job Summary:
Are you looking for a position where you can make a significant impact to business results? The Auto New Business Experience and Core Innovation team has an opening for an Actuary/Director II. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions across all lines of business to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
Support the development of our next generation product

Develop and drive our countrywide strategy for telematics-based pricing.

Coach and mentor analysts on the team, and provide ongoing feedback to support thoughtful analytics, and strong understanding of the business

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders within Product, Distribution, Marketing and the CAO to improve our understanding of the customer and better inform our product design.

Drive major cross-functional initiatives, and lead cross-functional working teams. Influence key stakeholders and gain buy-in across the organization.

Build a thorough understanding of customer and agent experience. Develop product solutions with customer and agent experience in mind.

Frequently communicate and present to senior leaders, including the Chief Product Officer.

Qualifications:
FCAS or Master's

degree in a quantitative discipline strongly preferred.

Minimum 5

  • 10 years progressively responsible experience in a Fortune 500 company; P

& C Insurance industry experience preferred.

Must have

exceptional planning, organizational, decision-making, and project management

skills, including experience managing medium to large projects. Experience managing individuals or operations

preferred.

Must have

advanced analytical and problem solving skills.

Understanding of sophisticated analytical techniques including

predictive modeling experience strongly desired.

Must have

exceptional communication skills, particularly ability to communicate highly

analytical and complex concepts to a broad audience. Ability to influence senior leadership as well

as partner organizations.

Industry

knowledge developed from internal meetings, news alerts, project-specific work,

and proactive research into competitor strategies
